Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll use your legal precision and analytical reasoning across contracts, compliance, and legal interpretation to help ensure that prompts, evaluations, and AI-generated responses accurately reflect real-world legal practices
• You’ll work within clear guidelines to provide domain-accurate inputs and review outputs for correctness
• Create challenging law-related prompts based on visuals, datasets, or model outputs
• Evaluate AI-generated responses using provided rubrics
• Develop or improve rubrics to ensure they reflect accurate reasoning for complex legal tasks
• Review and stress-test model outputs for accuracy and logical consistency within familiar legal domains
• Provide clear, structured feedback based on your subject-matter knowledge
• Design problems and evaluate AI prompts based on the domain expertise
• Provide thorough feedback
• 5-7 hours per day worked expected

Company is partnering with an AI innovation initiative seeking practicing and non-practicing Lawyers to support the evaluation and improvement of law-focused AI tasks.

In this role, you’ll use your legal precision and analytical reasoning across contracts, compliance, andlegal interpretation to help ensure that prompts, evaluations, and AI-generated responses accurately reflect real-world legal practices.

You’ll work within clear guidelines to provide domain-accurate inputs and review outputs for correctness.

What You’ll Do

Ideal candidate profile

Experience using an LLM is ideal.

They want someone who has been working in their actual field most recently, rather than AI training, but experience working with LLMs is a plus.
