Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll analyze business workflows and processes, then design and refine AI prompts and solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making for client operations
• Business process analysis and improvement
• Write and refine AI prompts to generate high-quality outputs
• Work closely with clients to translate business goals into AI agents
• Edit, test, and improve AI prompts through feedback and iteration
• Document prompts, templates, and best practices
• You can handle being told you’re wrong, telling others their wrong, and proving how you’re right
• You bring order to chaos, or at least thrive in chaos
• You get energy from the initiation instead of the daily execution

We’re seeking a curious, analytical, and creative AI Implementation Partner to join our rapidly growing team.

In this role, you’ll analyze business workflows and processes, then design and refine AI prompts and solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making for client operations.
