What does Constructer do?

Constructer is an AI startup that provides SaaS to construction companies and stakeholders who handle large infrastructure projects. Such projects often involve multiple teams from different organizations which makes it difficult to manage large projects. Under-informed and slow decisions lead to delays and higher than planned project costs. Constructer helps project teams by providing an accurate state of the project in real-time, helping teams take effective decisions, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the founders and other programmers at Constructer to build/develop digital footprint of Constructer from scratch. You will design the whole ecosystem of graphics in the Constructer brand including the website, SaaS platform, templates (like emails) and graphics for marketing campaigns.

In designing the web interface, the role involves building a platform that offers administrative and dashboarding functionalities. Along with usual responsibilities associated with the role, the person in this role will establish organization-level guidelines to ensure development of a consistent product in the future. The role also involves designing the website for Constructer that aligns with the product.

We are looking for somebody who is passionate about design. We prioritize an ambitious and collaborative attitude more than anything else. Responsibilities

• Design responsive websites, landing pages and UI components for admin and dashboard interfaces that align with user needs.

• Capable of producing designs aligned with the brand considering typography, colour and layout.

• Collaborate with leadership team and developers to design intuitive user interfaces for construction professionals.

• Adapt designs in line with evolving business requirements and user feedback.

• Appetite for keeping up to date with latest design trends to ensure our platform is innovative and fresh.

• Understanding of how design translates into code to produce functional SaaS platform and websites.

• Work with the team, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

• Support efforts for A/B testing by producing design variants.

• Comfortable with designing solutions supporting accessibility requirements across various global locations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the use of design tools.

• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.

• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration skills.

• Capability to lead and work independently.

• Bachelor's degree in web design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in web design.

• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
