Experience: 6+ years in AI/ML for HR or related functions

We are looking for an AI Lead to drive innovation in HR technology by developing AI and machine learning solutions for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and workforce analytics.

Key Skills:

• AI/ML development (Python, R, Java)

• NLP and chatbot development

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

• Oracle HCM knowledge (preferred)
