What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain experts and end users.

• Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Employing LLMs as knowledge authorities to create and sustain documentation that captures domain expertise and proprietary organizational knowledge.

• Engineering and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for core business logic, ensuring data models remain efficient and scalable.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
