Role Description

The Senior AI / Agentic Architect is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for partial work-from-home.

This role is responsible for designing and evolving Cruq AI’s agentic architecture, including multi-agent systems, AgentOS capabilities, and integration patterns across diverse enterprise environments.

The Senior Architect will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to define technical roadmaps, translate business requirements into scalable AI agent solutions, and ensure robust, secure, and compliant deployments.

Daily tasks include creating architectural blueprints, guiding software development and integration efforts, reviewing solution designs, and providing technical leadership throughout implementation and post-deployment optimization.

The individual will also contribute to best practices, reference architectures, and documentation to support repeatable, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills to define scalable, secure, and maintainable AI and multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on Software Development experience in modern languages and frameworks relevant to AI platforms, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Expertise in Integration, including APIs, event-driven architectures, and connecting AI agents with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Proven Project Management capabilities to lead technical initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Experience designing or implementing AI/ML or agentic systems, including workflow orchestration, RAG, and data-centric architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and DevOps practices for reliable deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to document architectures effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
