## Role Description

Dexterous Manipulation. You own how our robots get good with their hands, from the data we collect to the policy that runs on the robot. You decide what to capture, how to teleoperate, and how to learn from it, and you measure success on real hardware.

## You will
- Build and run our teleoperation and data collection: gloves, hand and wrist tracking, low-latency control of dexterous hands on real arms.
- Retarget human hand motion to robot hands, and decide which demonstrations are worth collecting.
- Train and post-train dexterous policies (imitation learning, diffusion or flow-matching policies, VLAs, RL fine-tuning) and deploy them on the robot.
- Close the loop: find where the policy fails on hardware, trace it back to data or model, and fix it.
- Work with our human modeling and world model teams to turn human video into robot skills.

Your first project: take one contact-rich bimanual task from first teleop demo to a policy that succeeds reliably on our real dexterous hands, with the numbers to show it.

- Lead SAP Data & Analytics workstreams, coordinating milestones, dependencies, risks, team responsibilities, and quality across delivery teams.
- Translate complex business questions into data models, semantic layers, reusable data products, and analytics solutions.
- Facilitate client workshops that translate business needs into practical, scalable designs and validate insights with senior stakeholders.
- Design and deliver solutions using SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA embedded analytics, and SAP HANA Cloud.
- Build repeatable patterns for data acquisition, integration, transformation, modeling, reporting, and performance management across SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Analyze data to identify meaningful business insights, improve data quality and process performance, and support informed client decisions.
- Coach team members, contribute to proposals and reusable assets, and help advance Deloitte's SAP Data & Analytics capabilities.

Deloitte's SAP practice helps clients design, implement, and sustain SAP-enabled transformations to enable an Autonomous Enterprise. Our teams combine industry knowledge, functional experience, and technology capabilities to support first-time implementations, business-led enhancements, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.

Professionals in the practice work with leading organizations across industries to modernize operations, improve process performance, and unlock value through cloud, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

## Required
- Bachelor's degree; or an associate degree and 6+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, or SAP/ERP technology transformation in a consulting or industry environment.
- Experience supporting at least two full-lifecycle SAP implementations from project initiation through go-live and hypercare, including lead responsibility for an SAP Data & Analytics workstream or workstream area on at least one implementation, and experience supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- 2+ years of hands-on functional or technical experience with SAP Data & Analytics toolsets, including one or more of the following: SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Joule copilot/SAC compass.
- Experience implementing or configuring SAP data and analytics solutions-such as data integration, data or semantic modeling, dashboards, reporting, or planning-using SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, or S/4HANA embedded analytics.
- Experience working directly with client stakeholders to gather or validate data and analytics inputs.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

## Preferred
- Experience applying AI tools-including generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, conversational AI, or AI agents-to enterprise transformation initiatives, such as solution design, implementation, or testing.
- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA embedded analytics, SAP HANA Cloud modeling, SAP Databricks, Business Data Cloud Connect, SAP Smart Data Integration, SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), or Datasphere replication flows.
- Experience supporting SAP cloud programs or SAP transformations deployed across multiple countries.
- Experience applying SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies on SAP implementation programs.
- Experience contributing to proposals, estimates, solution designs, or client presentations; or coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- One or more SAP certifications, such as SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere/BW/4HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

As an Internal AI Engineer at ElevenLabs, you'll be embedded at the frontier of how we scale - acting as a forward-deployed engineer across our GTM, Operations, and Finance teams. You won't just build tools; you'll co-design and ship agentic AI workflows that eliminate manual toil and fundamentally reshape how our people operate.

Your impact goes beyond the code. You'll own high-stakes automations from discovery to production, acting as a technical partner to internal teams. ## What You'll Actually Be Working On
- Designing and iterating on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using tools like ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n.
