Qualifications

• Foster a kind, ambitious, and hard-working community of developers to work with us on our projects
• 3+ years of experience in related fields like operations, growth, strategy, product management, etc
• Proven track record scaling or optimizing operations in gig economies or two-sided marketplaces
• Worked in high growth, early stage startups or directly with executives at later stage startups
• Built something from scratch or scaled from 1 to n
• Strong intuition in people skills and human psychology
• Any sort of sales/account management experience
• Excellent copywriting ability

As Strategic Project Lead, you will be at the center of our growth initiatives and supply-side operations. In this role,you’ll design and scale creative growth strategies to attract and onboard the world's best developers. Your work will involve building scalable operational systems, creating engaging incentive structures, and leading initiatives that activate our global developer community.
