Sales & Business Development

•  Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for AI (Artifical Intelligence) and robotics solutions to achieve

• monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.

•  Lead consultative, solution-based selling: understand customer pain points, map use cases, and translate them

• into high-value proposals and automation/AI business cases (ROI (Return on Investment), payback period).

•  Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery workshops, demos/POCs (Proof of Concept),

• technical/commercial proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contract closure.

•  Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, Operations, Supply Chain, IT,

• Engineering, Procurement, Innovation teams).

•  Drive upsell and cross-sell of complementary AI, robotics, and automation services (integration, maintenance,

• analytics, software subscriptions).

•  Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s AI and robotics portfolio, including capabilities,

• limitations, hardware specs, and software architecture.

•  Understand and explain key technologies such as machine learning, computer vision, robotics control systems,

• fleet management software, and industrial communication protocols at a business-friendly level.

•  Translate customer use cases into technical requirements and coordinate with product teams to design feasible,

• scalable solutions.

•  Work closely with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery,

• including documentation of scope, assumptions, and success criteria.

•  Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity stages, and activity logs using CRM tools; provide regular reports

• to management.

•  Use data and experimentation to optimize campaigns, sales playbooks, and channel strategies.

•  Understanding of logistics KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): order accuracy, picking productivity, dock-to stock time, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery.

•  Ability to map logistics workflows and spot automation wins (goods-to-person, robotic picking, pallet movers,

• AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) fleet management.

Marketing & Brand Growth

•  Design and implement an integrated marketing plan to position the company as a leading AI and robotics

• solutions provider in UAE.

•  Plan and run demand-generation campaigns (email, social, paid media, content, events, webinars) tailored to

• industry verticals and buyer personas.

•  Create and manage marketing collaterals like case studies, solution briefs, pitch decks, whitepapers, and

• localized content highlighting regional success stories

• Coordinate company participation in industry events, trade shows, and AI/robotics conferences in the UAE to

• generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.

•  Strengthen digital presence (website, LinkedIn, industry platforms) through consistent messaging around

• innovation, ROI, and Dubai’s smart city.

Qualifications & Skills:

•  Bachelor’s in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, or related; master’s or MBA is

• a plus.

•  6–10 years in B2B and B2C tech sales/marketing, including 3–5 years in AI, robotics, or industrial automation.

•  Hands-on work with pre-sales/engineering and customer IT (Information Technology)/OT (Operational

• Technology) teams on POCs, pilots, and deployments in the UAE.

•  Solid grasp of AI (ML (Machine Learning), computer vision, NLP (Natural Language Processing), predictive

• analytics) and robotics/automation (industrial/cobots, sensors, safety).

•  Basic understanding of system integration via industrial Ethernet.

•  Comfortable reading solution diagrams, discussing KPIs, throughput, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness),

• and ROI (Return on Investment), and using basic marketing/analytics tools.

•  Strong communicator with technical and business stakeholders; English required.

•  Customer-centric, solution-driven, with high ownership and adaptability in a fast-changing AI/robotics market.

•  Passion for innovation and continuous learning in AI, robotics, and digital transformation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
