Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The AI Data Analyst will be responsible for data understanding, validation, KPI verification, and ensuring reporting outputs meet business expectations on the GCP platform
• This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure dashboards, data models, and pipelines deliver accurate, consistent, and trusted insights

• Conduct data profiling, validation, and reconciliation against source systems
• Perform KPI validation to ensure accurate metric definitions and calculations

• Document data mappings, transformation rules, data quality issues, and resolution steps

Job Title: AI Data Analyst

Location: Santa Ana, CA - Day 1 Onsite

Type: Long Term Contract

Role Overview:

The AI Data Analyst will be responsible for data understanding, validation, KPI verification, and ensuring reporting outputs meet business expectations on the GCP platform.

This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure dashboards, data models, and pipelines deliver accurate, consistent, and trusted insights.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting logic.

Conduct data profiling, validation, and reconciliation against source systems.

Perform KPI validation to ensure accurate metric definitions and calculations.

Execute report/dashboard QA, including both visual and functional testing.

Lead and support UAT cycles for analytics deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong SQL expertise (BigQuery SQL preferred) with hands-on data analysis.

Experience in data validation, KPI verification, and BI report QA.

Working knowledge of GCP analytics stack: BigQuery, Data Catalog, Looker, Cloud Storage.

Understanding of semantic modeling, metadata, and data lineage concepts.

Familiarity with UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.
