Job Description

Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive AI transformation strategy, aligning with business objectives to deliver innovation and process improvement across internal operations and customer solutions.

Oversee the deployment and integration of agentic AI platforms, optimizing performance and ensuring measurable impact.

Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, an...d team development to foster AI adoption, while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Continuously monitor emerging technologies and refine AI initiatives to maximize business and customer value.

Responsibilities

AI Transformation Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven innovation and process improvement for both internal operations and customer-facing solutions.

Agentic AI Platform Deployment

• Evaluate, select, and oversee the implementation of agentic AI platforms for internal business processes and external customer engagement.

• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and workflows.

Monitor and optimize the performance of agentic AI platforms, ensuring measurable business and customer impact.

Internal Operations Optimization

• Leverage agentic AI platforms to automate workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making within the department.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify use cases and deliver tailored AI solutions.

External Customer Solutions

• Lead the development and deployment of agentic AI platforms to enhance customer experience, engagement, and service delivery.

Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand needs and deliver innovative AI-powered products and services.

Change Management & Adoption

• Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of AI technologies across the department and among customers.

Develop training programs and support materials to build AI literacy for employees and customers.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business units, IT, and customer teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of AI solutions.

Present AI transformation progress, outcomes, and opportunities to senior management and key stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of AI specialists, data scientists, and business analysts.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in AI adoption.

Performance Measurement

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of AI initiatives and agentic platforms for both internal and external use.

Use data-driven insights to refine AI strategies and maximize business and customer value.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Ensure AI solutions comply with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and data governance policies.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI adoption and operation.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for business and customer application. Drive ongoing optimization of AI platforms and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or equivalent, , and specialized certification in AI

• 15+ years of experience in Data & AI

• Agentic AI experience
