Responsibilities

• Partner with client innovation teams, digital units, and stakeholders to define GenAI product strategy aligned with business goals and sector needs.

• Translate AI potential into product roadmaps, MVPs, and scalable rollouts across public and private sectors.

• Lead discovery workshops and opportunity mapping in high-value use cases for energy, healthcare, retail, and government.

• Collaborate with EPAM's global engineering, data science, and design teams for robust and compliant delivery.

• Ensure data privacy, localization, and ethical AI practices are integrated into product design and implementation.

• Guide clients through AI adoption maturity, from pilots to enterprise-wide integration.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, AI/data solutions, or enterprise platforms.

• Proven success in end-to-end product development or digital transformation in sectors like energy, healthcare, retail, financial services, or government.

• Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

• Strong client consulting skills - able to communicate AI value to both business and technical audiences.

• Familiarity with Middle East regulatory frameworks, sovereign cloud, or sector-specific compliance (e.g., healthcare data privacy).

• Experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams across business, design, data, and engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with UAE or GCC digital programs.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.

• Arabic language skills (not mandatory but a plus).

• Exposure to government digital transformation or smart city projects.
