What you’ll be doing

Design and build agentic AI systems for real-world use

Turn commercial ideas into working applications

Build internal tools to improve how we operate

Develop client systems (primarily manufacturing)

Help shape the technical direction

This isn’t theory.

You’ll be building systems that actually get used.

Who you are

Deeply curious — always learning, testing, improving

Technically sharp — APIs, scripting, system design

Obsessed with AI — this is your world

Commercially aware — focused on useful outcomes

Security-conscious — you think beyond the demo

A builder — you ship

You’ve likely:

Studied something relevant or are self-taught to a high level

Spent serious time with LLMs, agents, automation

Built real things — not just tutorials

Tech (indicative)

LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source)

Agent frameworks / workflows

Replit / cloud environments

APIs, integrations, data pipelines

Basic frontend/backend

Security fundamentals

You don’t need to know everything — but you need to figure anything out.
