Responsibilities
• As a Business Systems & AI Product Analyst, you will be part of the Court Operations Department supporting modernization initiatives
• Analyze court business functions and translate operational workflows into scalable digital solutions that support modernization and access-to-justice initiatives
• Support the lifecycle delivery of public-facing court applications from discovery through implementation, testing, and deployment
• Develop comprehensive product requirement documents, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications to guide engineering and vendor collaboration
• Conduct stakeholder interviews with judicial officers, legal staff, and administrators to gather requirements and document current and future workflows
• Coordinate system testing, validation cycles, and iterative refinements in collaboration with technical teams and external vendors
• Engage in innovative work integrating AI-enabled tools within a public sector environment
• Collaborate with a diverse team of legal, operational, and technical professionals
• Participate in a role that promotes continuous learning and professional growth
