Qualifications

• Certifications: Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or Certification in Health Care Privacy Compliance (CHPC)
• Minimum 5 years' global experience in data privacy
• Proven track record in developing and managing comprehensive privacy programs
• Expertise in data-flow mappings and Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
• Skilled in reviewing and advising on data processing agreements

Forward Air/Omni Logistics is seeking a Privacy & AI Governance Counsel, you will drive sustainable business growth by ensuring compliance with privacy laws like HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR, while exceeding customer expectations. You will collaborate with various functions to manage ethics and compliance risks, and lead the development and improvement of a comprehensive data privacy program.
