Artificial Intelligence Consultant

Franklin Fitch

Atlanta, GA, United States

Full-time

AI Enablement Consultant | Atlanta, GA | Hybrid | $100K - $200K + equity

If you've ever left a training session thinking "they were nodding along but nothing's actually going to change," this role is the opposite of that.

You'll be the person who takes a skeptical client team and gets them genuinely working AI-natively, with the credibility to also help shape the technical solutions behind it.

A fast-growing AI solutions consultancy is hiring an AI Enablement Consultant to join a lean, high-performing Atlanta team.

This is a training and solution-design-led role, not a management track.

You'll work directly with founders and senior leadership and have real input into how the company's delivery model evolves.

The company helps enterprise clients across healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and software adopt AI in ways that stick, running hands-on training and supporting custom build engagements.

You'll be in front of C-suite executives one day and frontline teams the next, with the variety and pace that keeps the work genuinely interesting.

Why this one stands out:

• You'll own multiple live client engagements simultaneously, with real autonomy over how you run them.

• Your curricula and frameworks get productized into the company's delivery platform, so your best work compounds instead of disappearing after one engagement.

• You'll get a foot in the technical solution-design side too, partnering on custom builds without needing to be the one writing production code.

• Direct access to founders and senior leadership, in a company that's still small enough for your work to be highly visible.

• You're working at the genuine frontier of applied AI, with daily hands-on use of leading LLM tooling, not theory.

What they're looking for:

• Strong teaching and facilitation ability, with a track record of driving real adoption, not just awareness.

• Genuine day-to-day fluency with a major LLM (e.g. Claude or similar), including building custom skills/projects.

• Working Python literacy: enough to read, modify, and prototype, not necessarily ship production code

• Understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and agent design well enough to scope what's realistic.

• Comfort with no-code/low-code platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier or similar)

• Strong solution design and project management skills, able to run a build engagement end to end.

• Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and frontline teams in the same week.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements.

Nice to have: prior experience delivering training or enablement programmes, consulting or systems integrator background, TypeScript/Node.js exposure, public track record in applied AI.
