• Configure and guide AI agents through prompt engineering to support procurement, inventory analysis, supplier communications, and reporting automation.

• Define workflow logic and automation structures, including decision trees, sequences, integrations, data inputs, and workspace setup.

• Partner with supply‑chain stakeholders to identify manual pain points, co‑develop solutions through iterative testing, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI and analytics solutions, including troubleshooting AI behavior, refining prompts, and producing clear documentation so solutions can be maintained long‑term.

MUST HAVES:

• 4–5 years of experience in process design and workflow automation using multiple tools

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience building or configuring AI‑driven solutions

• Proven ability to execute and deploy automation end‑to‑end

• Hands‑on experience with no‑code/low‑code workflow tools

• Practical experience guiding AI behavior (prompting/configuring, not theory)

• Analytics and reporting (dashboards, metrics, outputs)

• Basic understanding of integrations/APIs (no coding)

• Familiarity with supply chain or operational workflows (any domain depth counts)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Supply chain domain experience: Procurement cycles, Inventory management, Logistics planning
