Qualifications

- Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field—or proof you can do the work without one
- Eexperience in QA, software testing, or product support roles (internships or projects welcome)
- Familiarity with modern web application testing, including APIs, UI workflows, and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset—if something looks off, you dig in to understand why
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting test cases, reproducing issues, and articulating product insights
- A genuine interest in building a career at the intersection of technology and product development
- Experience working with tools like Postman, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
- Familiarity with agile development practices and issue-tracking tools like Jira or Linear
- Exposure to basic scripting (JavaScript or Python) for writing test scripts or automating workflows
- Curiosity about AI, machine learning, or data-driven products
- Previous involvement in early-stage product development or startup environments
- Mentorship from experienced engineers and product leaders, with a clear path to develop into a product management role
