Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to work on-site, directly with the Founder & CEO in Vancouver.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can design, execute, and lead all marketing activities that drive sales performance — from digital strategy to real-world event execution.

You will be the growth engine behind Genomii’s launch in the women’s health and longevity space — creating campaigns that attract customers, activate partnerships, and turn our scientific vision into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

🌸 Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

Develop and execute Genomii’s marketing roadmap for women’s health, rejuvenation, and hormone balance.

Work directly with the Founder to align brand storytelling, product strategy, and sales goals.

Create campaigns that translate complex science into emotionally resonant, empowering stories for women.

Build and manage an annual marketing calendar covering content, social, PR, events, and product launches.

💼 Sales-Driven Marketing Execution

Design and lead marketing campaigns that directly drive sales across B2C and B2B2C channels.

Develop sales pitches, presentations, and digital assets for clinics, influencers, and wellness partners.

Manage event marketing — from wellness expos to investor showcases and longevity conferences.

Coordinate digital outreach, lead generation, and partnerships that convert into measurable revenue.

📲 Digital Marketing & Outreach

Oversee social media growth (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) with engaging, educational content.

Manage SEO, email campaigns, and ad performance to expand awareness and sales conversion.

Build and track marketing funnels, user journeys, and KPIs to ensure ROI on every initiative.

🤝 Partnerships & Brand Collaborations

Support partnership development with clinics, nutritionists, longevity experts, and media platforms.

Lead outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building that open new sales opportunities.

Coordinate influencer and ambassador programs under the Glow Movement and Genome-E product line.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and sales within wellness, beauty, or healthtech industries.

Proven record in digital marketing, event marketing, and sales activation.

Strong storytelling and communication skills — able to connect science, beauty, and emotion.

Highly organized, energetic, and able to work closely with the Founder in a fast-paced, visionary environment.

Proficiency with marketing tools: Google Suite, Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, analytics dashboards.

Languages: English required; Mandarin or Cantonese a strong plus.

Compensation & Incentives
