UX Designer - AI Products

Nasdaq’s AI Product Strategy group is seeking a talented UX Designer to shape the future of our AI-driven products in Workflow and Insights. Based in London, you’ll collaborate across client-facing products and business units, delivering impactful AI experiences for our clients and internal teams.

About the Role As a UX Designer, you’ll work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop next-generation AI product features.

You’ll build wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, iterate based on research and feedback, and champion user needs through interviews and usability testing.

This is a hybrid role – you’ll spend three days per week in our London office, working closely with global teams.

Key Responsibilities Create and rapidly iterate wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma Conduct and apply research on UX best practices for AI applications Lead contextual user interviews and usability tests to validate design decisions Collaborate with product stakeholders, business, and technology teams to solve design challenges Support the QA process by ensuring design standards are met in implementation Work with Nasdaq’s global design system and central design groups Develop an understanding of business needs in areas such as Governance, Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Asset Ownership What We’re Looking For Proven professional experience in UX design, ideally with B2B SaaS products and AI features Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Strong foundation in interaction and visual design, with hands-on experience in prototyping, user research, and human-centred design principles Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant designs Experience working with design systems and company style guidelines Proficiency in Figma (essential) Excellent communication skills – comfortable presenting to and collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Portfolio of relevant work demonstrating your design thinking and problem-solving skills Desirable Experience Leading user research campaigns and usability tests Experience designing B2B products and mobile applications Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints Experience in data visualisation Interest in or experience using AI tools as part of your design process What We Offer Opportunity to collaborate across products and global teams Chance to help shape innovative AI product experiences for leading financial technology clients Hybrid working environment: 3 days in our London office, with flexibility for remote collaboration Annual monetary bonus An opportunity to become a Nasdaq shareholder Employee Stock Purchase Program Nasdaq stocks with a discount Pension Plan Flexible health insurance program Flex day program in addition to 28 vacation days Does this sound like you?
