Job description As an AI Specialist / AI Tools Expert at Biganto, you will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and scaling AI-driven workflows to enhance productivity and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI tools to automate and optimize various business processes

• Working extensively with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Mi...djourney

• Designing and deploying AI-powered workflows for marketing, lead generation, sales, and CRM automation

• Creating AI-driven content including text, images, videos, presentations, and marketing creatives

• Leveraging AI insights to optimize advertising campaigns and marketing performance

• Researching emerging AI tools, assessing their scalability, and understanding their business impact

• Training and guiding internal teams on effective AI usage and best practices

• Developing and refining prompt engineering strategies to enhance AI output quality

• Analyzing business data using AI tools to generate actionable insights and reports

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools

• Strong expertise in prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization

• Experience with automation platforms like Zapier and Make

• Familiarity with AI image, video, and content generation tools

• Basic understanding of API integrations and data flows

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimentation mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in AI tools implementation or business automation

• Experience in digital marketing, growth automation, or performance marketing

• Knowledge of Python or basic scripting (preferred but not mandatory)

• Prior experience in training teams or implementing AI solutions at scale
