Qualcomm is seeking a Machine Learning Applications Engineer â€“ AI Inference & Model Optimization to support the enablement of rackâ€‘scale deep learning workloads on advanced Qualcomm AI inference accelerators. The AI Engineering team acts as an internal catalyst. We identify where the business is slow, build tools to fix it, and move on. Our work spans Customer Success, Exchange Operations, Trading, and Custody â€” wherever there's friction worth eliminating.

This isn't a research role. We ship fast, measure impact, and iterate. You'll spend more time prototyping with LLMs and building agentic workflows than writing infrastructure, but you'll own what you build all the way to production.

They are looking for an AI Creative Strategist to take ownership of AI-powered video advertising from research and strategy through to production and optimization, with a strong focus on YouTube creatives.

## Responsibilities

- Research markets, competitors, and customer personas to identify compelling advertising angles.

- Develop creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and scripts for AI-generated video advertisements.

- Produce end-to-end AI-powered ad creatives, including Video Sales Letters (VSLs), AI avatars, claymation, UGC-style ads, and other emerging creative formats.

- Utilize AI creative tools to generate, edit, and deliver high-quality performance-focused video ads.

- Analyze campaign performance data and continuously optimize creatives based on testing results.

- Build and manage a high-volume creative testing pipeline focused on conversion and performance.

- Collaborate closely with media buyers, landing page specialists, and content teams to ensure creative consistency across campaigns.

- Stay ahead of emerging AI creative technologies, trends, and advertising formats.

## Requirements

- Proven experience creating performance-driven ecommerce advertising creatives, particularly for YouTube.

- Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles, including customer avatars, positioning, hooks, offers, and creative angles.

- Hands-on experience using AI creative tools such as Claude, Manus, Higgsfield, fal.ai, Atria, or similar AI platforms.

- Experience producing AI-generated VSLs, AI avatars, UGC-style creatives, or comparable performance marketing assets.

- Ability to independently own the entire creative process from market research to final production.

- Comfortable interpreting campaign performance metrics and using data to improve creative performance.

- Experience working with DTC ecommerce brands is highly preferred.

- Minimum 7 in data engineering, data architecture, or AI/ML solution delivery, with at least 2 years in an architect or lead role.

- Experience with data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse, Databricks) and dimensional modelling concepts.

- Proven track record delivering AI-powered applications in production.

- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source) and into enterprise applications.

- Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider and its data/AI services. Infrastructure-as-code experience is a plus.

- Proficient in any programming languages and SQL.

- Ability to produce solution architecture documents, data flow diagrams, and integration blueprints.
