We are hiring an experienced AI Tech Lead for a high-impact onsite contract opportunity in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for senior AI professionals with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI systems, and advanced Python-based AI.../ML development.

As a technical leader, you will play a critical role in designing, architecting, and implementing next-generation AI solutions, including conversational AI systems, multi-agent orchestration workflows, and intelligent automation frameworks.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced GenAI solutions and architectures

• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration

• Develop intelligent workflows and automation logic frameworks

• Build and optimize conversational AI flows using the LangGraph framework

• Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and AI libraries

• Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and architectural oversight

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI strategy and implementation

• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 11 years of professional experience

• Proven experience leading AI / ML / GenAI initiatives

Technical Expertise:

• Strong track record in Generative AI (GenAI) models & architectures

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems & multi-agent workflows

• Extensive experience with LangGraph conversational logic & orchestration

• Advanced proficiency in Python

• Deep knowledge of AI/ML libraries & frameworks

Mandatory Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently based in KSA

• Must hold a transferrable Iqama

Soft Skills:

SAR 38,000 – 60,000 / Month (Contract Compensation)
