The Manager HR / Admin is responsible for overseeing and improving HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing HR systems and policies for the USA . This role involves streamlining HR operations, managing employee lifecycle processes, and enhancing the overall efficiency of HR functions, while also handling administrative tasks.
About the Client:
Our Client is a leading Telecom Company having more than 300 stores across various states of USA.
Shift:
• Onsite ,Night shift from 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM - CST - USA
Key Responsibilities:
• Having hands on experience in Repair and Maintenance, Creating License for Stores
• Oversee and manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Manage the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
• Handle HR systems, databases, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce planning.
• Partner with other HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee relations, to support organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in HR operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Manage administrative tasks such as office maintenance, supplies procurement, and vendor management.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven USA experience in HR operations, payroll management, compliance, and HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Administrative management skills and knowledge of office procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in US HR operations within a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Familiarity with process automation and HR analytics tools.
• Strong project management skills.
Shift:
• Night shift from 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM.
