Our Client is a leading Telecom Company having more than 300 stores across various states of USA.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and experienced CCTV Operator/Surveillance Specialist/Control Panel Executive to monitor our stores in the USA and ensure the safety and security of our assets, personnel, and operations. This role requires a strong understanding of surveillance systems, excellent observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and strong communication skills.

Location: Karachi, Nursey Stop.

Shift: Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to identify and report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or emergencies.

• Operate and manage various security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.

• Respond promptly and appropriately following established protocols and procedures.

• Maintain detailed logs and records of surveillance activities, including incident reports, camera footage, and system malfunctions.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to security and data privacy.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

• Communicate effectively with store managers in English regarding security-related matters.

• Compose professional emails in English for reporting incidents, providing updates, and other communication needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or surveillance systems are a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a CCTV Operator, Surveillance Specialist, or in a related security role.

• Strong understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance technologies, and security protocols.

• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to compose professional emails in English.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software applications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be willing to work during CST hours (night shift in Pakistan).

• Prior experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
