The Agentic AI Data Science Intern will work on generative and agentic AI solutions. You will support model experimentation, integration, and research across business use cases at ICE. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.

## What you'll do
- Advance generative and agentic AI solutions through rapid prototyping, model experimentation, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Develop applications using LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

## Role Description

Dexterous Manipulation. You own how our robots get good with their hands, from the data we collect to the policy that runs on the robot. You decide what to capture, how to teleoperate, and how to learn from it, and you measure success on real hardware.

## You will
- Build and run our teleoperation and data collection: gloves, hand and wrist tracking, low-latency control of dexterous hands on real arms.
- Retarget human hand motion to robot hands, and decide which demonstrations are worth collecting.
- Train and post-train dexterous policies (imitation learning, diffusion or flow-matching policies, VLAs, RL fine-tuning) and deploy them on the robot.
- Close the loop: find where the policy fails on hardware, trace it back to data or model, and fix it.
- Work with our human modeling and world model teams to turn human video into robot skills.

Your first project: take one contact-rich bimanual task from first teleop demo to a policy that succeeds reliably on our real dexterous hands, with the numbers to show it.

You work with real bimanual arms, dexterous hands and teleoperation rigs. Compute is a cluster of B300s. Cash is $220K to $300K depending on experience, plus founding-tier equity. O-1 and H-1B sponsorship.

## Qualifications
- You have trained a manipulation policy that works on a real robot, and can show the success rate.
- Hands-on with dexterous hands or high-DoF manipulation, not only parallel grippers.
- You have built or deeply used a teleoperation or data collection system, and know what makes demonstrations good or bad.
- You have carried a full loop alone: data, training, deployment, evaluation.
- You want the robot to do something hard with its hands.

One of our international clients is looking for a Management Accountant to lead a finance team and run an AI-assisted accounting function.

This role suits an accountant who already uses Claude and MCP connectors in daily work, and who wants to build a finance function where AI handles routine processing and people focus on analysis, control and decisions. The role also works with our development team to automate finance workflows in the Ecosystem portal.

Working hours: Online hours are to be 8am NZ to 2pm NZ. The remainder of the hours can be worked within the applicant's own timezone.

## Team leadership
- Lead, coach and set objectives for three finance staff, including workload planning and performance reviews.

## Management accounting and reporting

The team will build state-of-the-art evaluations for AI and agentic systems. Those evaluations tell us how much value the AI delivers, how accurate it is, and what the risk is when it gets something wrong, so we can move high-value applications into production with confidence. This is a new, highly visible team, and its work will shape how AI is used in USRM's core pricing work. Our teams combine industry knowledge, functional experience, and technology capabilities to support first-time implementations, business-led enhancements, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.

Professionals in the practice work with leading organizations across industries to modernize operations, improve process performance, and unlock value through cloud, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

## Required
- Bachelor's degree; or an associate degree and 6+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.

As an Internal AI Engineer at ElevenLabs, you'll be embedded at the frontier of how we scale - acting as a forward-deployed engineer across our GTM, Operations, and Finance teams. You won't just build tools; you'll co-design and ship agentic AI workflows that eliminate manual toil and fundamentally reshape how our people operate.

Your impact goes beyond the code. You'll own high-stakes automations from discovery to production, acting as a technical partner to internal teams.
