Role Description The Agentic AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems that power IJMove’s intelligent matching and workflow automation capabilities.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and integrating AI agents that leverage large language models and other machine learning techniques to enhance job matching, candidate profiling, personalization, and recruiter workflows.

The role involves collaborating with product managers and designers to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions, as well as working closely with software engineers to integrate models into production systems and APIs. The Agentic AI Engineer will also monitor model performance, run experiments, implement feedback loops, and ensure responsible, transparent, and bias-aware AI behavior aligned with regional and global standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and production-grade coding (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).

• Proficiency in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating modern deep learning models.

• Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), preferably with large language models, information extraction, semantic search, and conversational AI.

• Experience designing or implementing agentic AI systems (e.g., tool-using agents, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent workflows) in real-world products.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI models.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Dubai, collaborating effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or talent platforms, and awareness of fairness, privacy, and ethical AI considerations, is a strong plus.
