• 🧭 Project Leadership

• Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML and modernization projects, from planning through execution and delivery

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers across multiple workstreams

• Ensure alignment with strategic goals and delivery milestones

• 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with AI, MLE, Data, and Business teams to define scope, requirements, and success metrics

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

• Support intake processes and ensure clarity of deliverables across pods

• 🧠 AI/ML Program Support

• Partner with technical leads to track the development and deployment of AI/ML models

• Translate business problems into AI/ML use cases and ensure alignment with data science teams

• Monitor model performance, integration timelines, and feedback loops for continuous improvement

• 📦 Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Lead vendor onboarding, POC coordination, and NDA execution

• Organize demos, deep dives, and technical reviews with external partners

• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party vendors

• 📣 Communication & Reporting

• Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and status reports

• Document decisions, risks, and dependencies
