Come join the exciting AI Acceleration team as a Principal Product Manager!
Our mission is to power prosperity for the world’s small/mid sized businesses and self-employed persons by building cohesive agentic AI experiences — wherever and however they work.
As an individual contributor, you’ll leverage the latest AI technology to make QuickBooks products accessible, useful, and engaging... for entrepreneurs.
You’ll work on partnerships with some of the most prominent AI companies, such as our recently announced OpenAI partnership and ChatGPT app launch.
You’ll lead the strategy, influence across teams, as well as directly work with a scrum team to build out hyper personalized, yet cohesive agentic experiences that leverage GenAI, AI, and agents to take action to automate tasks, surface insights, and answer business questions. You will directly partner with data scientists to experiment and launch experiences that serve small and mid-market businesses with emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
• Partner with product management leadership, Data Science, Marketing, Experience Design, Product Development, Data Analytics, and other stakeholders to articulate the broad strategy for AI partnerships pre-auth and post-auth on external platforms and within the QuickBooks Online offering cross-platform.
• Define how supporting capabilities should come together to power this vision.
• Partner with internal partner teams serving different customer types to solve important problems and build personalized use cases using agentic and generative AI.
• Partners with external stakeholders to drive excitement for a vision, swift approvals for integrations, and learn from their expertise.
• Lead a cross-functional team of product developers, data scientists, marketers, data analysts, and experience designers to innovate, experiment, and create AI experiences leveraging AI partner platforms to deliver step-change customer benefit and QuickBooks customer growth.
• Set KPIs for driving customer delight that powers business outcomes, manage dependencies, escalate barriers to execution, and report research finding and progress to senior leadership
• Move with extreme velocity to deliver experiments, prototypes, and iterations that fuel learning and impact from AI partnerships to deliver customer and business value
Qualifications
• A Product Veteran: 8+ years of product management experience with a proven history of rapid innovation that leads to business growth. You have specific expertise in building AI-native workflows leveraging generative AI, and ideally, the small business or mid-market space.
• Innovation Driver and Bias for Action: You have a proven track record of delivering experiences from the ground up, 0 >1.
Your experiments in emerging spaces have a higher-than-average win rate, with efforts scaling broadly for impact.
You have a strong appetite for innovation fueled by curiosity and willingness to learn
• Customer Obsessed & Data Driven: You possess a deep understanding of SMB/ MM entrepreneurs. You combine this empathy with rigorous analytical aptitude, making data-driven decisions to set up experiments and iterations for the best chance of success.

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in data science, computer science, math or statistics, or a related discipline; other degrees or equivalent professional experience will be considered.
