Job Summary

Generative AI Engineer responsible for building and deploying production-ready GenAI applications, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, model fine-tuning, prompt workflows, and AI evaluation solutions for entertainment and customer care use cases.

Application Development & Integration

• Build, test, and maintain GenAI applications using Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and microservices.
• Develop high-accuracy RAG pipelines for content metadata, sports statistics, and knowledge bases.
• Integrate LLM endpoints with client applications across Gemini OS, iOS, Android, and Smart TV using REST APIs and WebSockets.

Model Fine-Tuning & Evaluation

• Fine-tune open-source models such as Llama and Mistral using LoRA/QLoRA.
• Build automated evaluation suites using tools such as Ragas and TruLens to measure hallucinations, latency, relevance, and response accuracy.

Prompt Engineering & Orchestration

• Develop, optimize, and version-control prompts and AI agent workflows.
• Implement fallback logic, circuit breakers, and guardrails using NeMo Guardrails or Guardrails AI.

Operations & Collaboration

• Work with MLOps and Cloud Engineering teams to support CI/CD for model artifacts and vector index updates.
• Monitor production inference latency, token usage, errors, and overall system reliability.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience, including 1.5–2+ years building and deploying Generative AI or NLP applications in production.
• Strong Python development and modern API development using FastAPI or Flask.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or Qdrant.
• Experience with OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock APIs.
• Experience with Git workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies.
• Interest in entertainment and video technologies.
