As the Founding AI Engineer at Voltaire, you will architect and build a business decision engine that replaces manual slide decks with live knowledge graphs and automated ARR-growth moves. You will own the entire technical stack—from data ingestion to agentic reasoning—transforming strategy consulting into a high-confidence, measurable, and automated software product.

What You Will Do

• Architect the core Voltaire Engine across four layers: Ingest, Graph, Reason, and Work, closing the evidence loop.
• Transition the platform from a simulated console to a live, production-ready system that ranks real business moves.
• Implement rigorous evaluation engineering, including golden sets and CI gates, to ensure high-confidence model outputs and attribution.

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience in forward-deployed engineering, having wired complex data stacks and shipped software in customer environments.
• History of shipping production-grade agentic systems that run unattended and handle shared state across multiple LLM agents.
• Deep technical fluency in TypeScript and Postgres, with a strong ability to distinguish between deterministic code and model judgment.
