We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build our new AI Adoption consulting practice from the ground up.

This is aunique opportunity to define and execute the strategy that will bring JetBrains' AI-driven developer tools to our largest enterprise customers, creating a new high-impact business capability.

Your mission

• Develop frameworks, playbooks, and ROI models for enterprise AI transformation.

• Build and lead our AI adoption practice: from initial pilots to scaled rollouts.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of forward-deployed engineers.

• Establish and grow partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms.

• Act as the bridge between JetBrains product teams and customer organizations.

Who you are

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and has experience building new business capabilities, methodologies, or teams from scratch.

• Able to translate deep technical concepts into clear business value and ROI for senior executives.

• A natural relationship builder who can earn trust and act as a key liaison between external partners, enterprise customers, and internal product teams.

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years in consulting and strategic partnerships.

• Proven track record in business transformation or enterprise software delivery.

• Strong network across SIs, consulting firms, and enterprise technology leaders.

• Deep understanding of the modern software development lifecycle.

• Experience with AI transformation is a plus, but not required.

Success looks like

• First lighthouse customers adopting AI at scale.

• Strategic partnerships established with top consultancies and integrators.

• A recognized methodology and playbooks for AI adoption in place.
