Proven experience in deep learning and taking models to production (GenAI experience is a plus but not required).

Strong foundation in AWS architecture; AWS Architect certification is required.

Ability to translate Azure experience into AWS environments if needed.

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Demonstrated thought leadership in technical strategy and architecture.

Experience overseeing development teams (hands-on skills are a plus but not mandatory). Background in financial services is a plus, but not required.
