Qualifications

  • PhD in Computational Biology, Computer Science, or related field (or a Master’s with standout industry experience from a top institution)
  • Hands-on experience building ML models from the ground up, ideally in protein or biological sequence design
  • Impressive publications in leading ML or computational biology journals
  • Python and PyTorch wizard with a passion for solving tough biological puzzles
  • Eager to work hybrid in New York or Boston (at least 1 day/week in-office)
