About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to help us design and build advanced AI-driven business automation systems.

You will work on end-to-end automation projects involving data ingestion, workflow orchestration, document processing, and intelligent decision-making using modern AI models and APIs.

This is a remote role open to candidates based in Pakistan who can... work independently and deliver robust, production-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven workflows and automation agents for business processes.

• Integrate external platforms, APIs, and third-party tools into cohesive automated systems.

• Implement document parsing, transformation, and content standardization pipelines.

• Build backend services, data pipelines, and orchestration logic.

• Use LLMs and AI models for reasoning, classification, text generation, and workflow optimization.

• Maintain system reliability, monitoring, logging, and error-handling.

• Ensure automations comply with platform policies, privacy standards, and security best practices.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python or (optional) or related tools

• Experience building AI-powered automation, agents, or workflow systems (A must)

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration engineering

• Experience with document processing (PDF/DOCX parsing & generation)

• Knowledge of modern AI/LLM tools, vector databases, and embeddings

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Understanding of queues, asynchronous processing, and workflow engines

Bonus Skills

• Experience with ATS/HR systems or hiring automation

• Familiarity with LinkedIn integrations or recruiting workflows

• Experience with browser automation tools (Playwright/Selenium)

• Understanding of data privacy, access control, and secure storage practices
