Program Overview:

Kontoor Brands invites driven and ambitious candidates to join our project-based internship program. This opportunity offers:

• A full-time, compensated internship with hands-on experience in a global corporate environment.

• Placement at one of Kontoor’s offices in Hong Kong. Candidates must be locally based or willing to relocate.

• Employment timeframe: July 2 – August 29, 2025

• Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for contributing to shared goals.

• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and adaptability to new tools.

Project Role Title: Summer Intern – AI Integration in QA

About your role:

Our team’s project centers around harnessing the power of an AI-powered coding assistant to automate repetitive tasks, improve team productivity, and utilize its suggestions for more impactful communication under the current IT guidelines. As part of this initiative, we are seeking an intern who will play a pivotal role in achieving these goals.

Job Duties:

• Study and analyze the current QA processes in HK office.

• Collaborate with the team to integrate any AI tool (e.g. Copilot) into existing workflows.

• Assist in developing and testing automation scripts using AI tools

• Contribute to documentation and training materials

• Participate in team meetings and provide insights on improving productivity.

Skills for Success:

• Studying Computer Science, Software Engineering., or related field

• Strong communication skills.

• Good knowledge to use the AI tools (especially Copilot) especially in business environment

• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Location Requirements:

• Hong Kong office
