We're building autonomous AI agents on self-hosted LLMs to improve internal efficiency and automate complex workflows.

You'll work closely with our AI Engineering team to identify automation opportunities across the business and design the systems that execute them.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing business processes and workflows to identify where LLM-based automation or agents can replace manual effort or improve throughput

• Design and build autonomous agents including multi-agent pipelines, tool-use architectures and orchestration logic

• Deploy and manage self-hosted LLMs, handling model selection, fine-tuning and inference optimization

• Build integrations between agents and internal systems like APIs, databases and third-party tools

• Define evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability and ROI

Experience

• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or automation systems (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent)

• Strong Python skills, particularly around async systems and API integrations

• Experience self-hosting or managing open-source LLMs (Ollama, vLLM, LM Studio or similar)

• Familiarity with agent design patterns: ReAct, tool-use, memory management, multi-agent coordination

• Ability to read a business workflow and translate it into an automatable system spec

• Comfort with RAG pipelines, vector databases and prompt engineering

• Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) alongside custom agent builds

• Background in process consulting or business analysis

• Exposure to model evaluation, benchmarking or fine-tuning

• Work Schedule: Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Fully remote on camera).

• Monthly Salary: $750 USD
