The Head of AI Research will be responsible for driving innovation, leading research teams, and developing cutting-edge AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI research programs and initiatives.

• Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee research in machine learning, data science, and advanced analytics.

• Guide the development of innovative AI models and solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply research outcomes.

• Publish findings, contribute to thought leadership, and represent the organization.

• Manage research budgets, resources, and timelines.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends.

• Mentor and develop research teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).

• Proven experience in AI research, machine learning, or advanced analytics.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data modeling, and AI frameworks.

• Experience leading research teams and complex projects.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Strong publication or research background is highly desirable.
