About the role

We are hiring an AI Associate to help us run a smarter, smoother operation.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who likes connecting tools, working with data, and improving how things actually work for members and staff.

You will report to the Owner and work across the business, with a focus on three areas: integrating our systems and dashboards, designing better customer experiences, and using AI tools, Claude in particular, to help the whole team work better.

What you will do

• Connect the tools we already use, from booking and CRM to payments and intake, so information flows cleanly and the team works from one clear view

• Build and maintain dashboards that turn member and operations data into insight people can act on

• Map the member journey end to end, find the friction points, and design and test practical improvements

• Use Claude as a daily working partner to draft, analyze, and solve problems faster, and help teammates build good habits with it

• Document how our systems fit together so the business does not depend on any one person’s memory

• Spot where automation or better tooling would save time, and propose fixes the team can actually use

• Handle member and operational data with care, and flag anything that needs a privacy review

What you will bring

• Comfort connecting tools and working with data, whether through spreadsheets, dashboards, or light no-code integrations

• Fluency with AI tools and real interest in using Claude as a daily working partner

• An instinct for customer experience, where you notice friction and care about making things better for real people

• Clear communication and strong attention to detail

• Sound judgment about when to trust AI output and when to check it

• Discretion and care with confidential and personal information

• An interest in health, longevity, or wellbeing is a plus, not a requirement

A relevant diploma or degree is welcome but not required.

Proficient students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

You will follow our privacy and confidentiality practices, handle member data with care, and use AI responsibly and in line with Alberta privacy law (PIPA).

We will train you on our standards, and we expect you to take them seriously from day one.
