About the Role

You've spent years protecting enterprises.

Now build something.

This is a sales and executive relationship role — not a delivery role.

Your mission: become the face of AI security in India's mid-market.

You will empanel Kapālins into the top 5 enterprises across 5 sectors, build CISO/CTO relationships, and close business deals.

What You'll Do

• Empanel Kapālins into the top 5 enterprises in each of 5 target sectors: Banking/FS, Health, Government, Energy, Retail (25 target accounts)

• Build and own executive relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and Board members across India's mid-market

• Position and sell Kapālins AI security assessments ($15K single-category, $60K–$120K full 5-category) and remediation solutions.

• Represent Kapālins at industry events, conferences, and roundtables — you are the brand

• Develop System Integrator partnerships for co-sell and talent augmentation

• Build a $1M+ qualified pipeline within 6 months through relationship-led selling.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or enterprise sales

• Existing CISO/CTO network in India — you can open doors on day one

• Proven sales track record: $500K+ annual revenue generation

• Comfortable presenting to boards and C-suite executives

• Understanding of AI/ML security risks (prompt injection, model poisoning, agentic AI)

• Startup mentality — you thrive without structure and build your own playbook

Nice to Have

• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification

• Experience with OWASP LLM Top 10 or AI security frameworks

• Speaking experience at cybersecurity conferences

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: to be discussed

• Commission: 8%–15% tiered on revenue generated (UNCAPPED)

• Tier based commision→ Tier 1: 8% on first $300K | Tier 2: 10% on $300K–$700K | Tier 3: 12% on $700K–$1.2M | Tier 4: 15% above $1.2M

• Equity: 3% (24-month vest, 12-month cliff)

• Target OTE: to be discussed

• Remote India with 30–40% travel to client sites and events
