Responsibilities
• We are looking for a motivated Business Process Leader to spearhead the integration and adoption of AI-driven tools within our insurance brokerage operations
• This role aims to enhance our core processes—such as sales, servicing, underwriting support, and claims—by implementing AI solutions that boost efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction
• Lead the comprehensive implementation of AI tools throughout brokerage workflows
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases, including submissions intake, quoting, policy servicing, and data extraction
• Revamp business processes to incorporate AI and automation on a large scale
• Collaborate with IT, data, and vendor teams to ensure smooth integration with core systems, such as CRM and policy administration
• Drive change management initiatives, training, and user adoption within various business units
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate impact on productivity, turnaround times, accuracy, and revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, data privacy, and risk management requirements
• Occasional travel may be required, including visits to off-site venues and other operating companies
• Work hours typically align with standard business hours, with flexibility expected to accommodate project needs
• This position allows for remote work options, provided you are within reasonable proximity to an MMA office

Your Role:
