Responsibilities
- The AI Engagement Manager role offers exciting career and growth opportunities for driven professionals with substantial experience
- Overseeing the execution of project components, which involves formulating hypotheses, defining analytics, managing data collection, creating operational models, conducting thorough research, tackling information challenges, and deriving insights
- Collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and specialists to convert client requirements into technical specifications, and supporting the technical team in delivering solutions ranging from proof-of-concept to full production deployment
- Engaging in continuous learning about artificial intelligence and its implications for our clients and society
- Assisting our Partner group in project delivery by ensuring high-quality engagement execution
- Building executive client relationships, designing presentation materials, and engaging with diverse audiences while working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Reporting to Principals and collaborating with Partners to get senior-level guidance on business, operational, and technical steering
- Mentoring consultants and helping them develop their skills

The Role and Responsibilities

Your Experience

Preferred qualifications include:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a leading strategy, technology, or analytics consulting firm, or in a technical product management role.
• A solid technical background in Computer Science or Data Science.
• A proven record of leading teams and meeting tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with demonstrated analytical capabilities.
• The ability to utilize technology and data to address business challenges via AI, including the design and deployment of machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions.
Desired qualifications include:
• Experience managing cross-functional teams for AI product delivery, promoting collaboration between data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to enhance AI implementation and deliver measurable results.
• Familiarity with the AI technology landscape, including data engineering, model development, deployment pipelines, and integration within various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), focusing on scalable and maintainable AI solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI applications, including solution design, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in technology documentation, including architecture diagrams at various levels.
