Important note: Only candidates with relevant, hands on AI agent development experience and a proven ability to build autonomous systems integrating LLMs, workflows and marketing intelligence will be considered.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for architecting a connected system of AI agents capable of autonomously handling multiple marketing and operational functions.

You will oversee the integration of advanced LLMs, workflow tools and analytics systems to create an AI powered marketing infrastructure that dramatically improves efficiency, accuracy and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi agent systems integrating AI workflow orchestration tools (LangChain, Dust, Flowise, CrewAI, AutoGen)

• Reasoning and acting frameworks (e.g. ReAct, LangGraph)

• Build intelligent agents to optimise Google and Meta ads (budget allocation, creative testing, A/B analysis)

• Automate SEO management (keyword tracking, backlink analysis, ranking improvement)

• Manage organic and paid social media (content scheduling, engagement analysis, caption generation)

• Generate and interpret analytics dashboards (KPI tracking, anomaly detection, performance insights)

• Support project management and task coordination across teams and departments

• Develop predictive AI tools for campaign optimisation, lead scoring, and trend analysis

• Integrate data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Analytics platforms into unified AI driven dashboards

• Build automated reporting systems that generate actionable insights and recommendations

• Implement adaptive AI logic to continually improve ad performance and audience segmentation

Content & Brand Automation

• Deploy AI models for copywriting, short form video scripts, design ideation, and content analysis

• Ensure AI generated content aligns with Masterminds Education's premium brand positioning and tone

• Use data driven analysis to improve engagement, conversions and organic reach

Operational Integration

• Integrate AI agents with internal systems such as CRM, SEO platforms and ad management dashboards

• Oversee AI system health, accuracy and consistency, ensuring stable long term performance

• Administer, monitor and enhance the AI agent ecosystem to achieve efficiency at scale

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 3-7 years of professional experience in AI system development, workflow automation or AI driven marketing

• Strong understanding of large language models and prompt engineering

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)

• Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval augmented generation (RAG)

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat) or Airflow

• Proven track record in digital marketing and paid campaign optimisation (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

• Knowledge of SEO, analytics and lead generation strategies

• Deep understanding of brand positioning, copywriting principles and marketing funnel design

• Strong analytical, organisational and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI systems with CRMs such as Zoho or HubSpot

• Familiarity with RLHF or agent collaboration models

• Deep understanding of algorithms, features and audience behaviours on multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X)

• Experience fine tuning or training internal AI models for specific operational use cases
