The Opportunity

BrandActive is seeking an AI Solutions Developer to support the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across the business.

This role will work closely with the AI Solutions & Implementation Specialist to help build, test, and deploy AI-enabled tools that improve internal workflows and client delivery.

The position will focus on technical implementation, prototyping, system integration, and application development, translating architecture and technical designs into working systems.

This role is ideal for someone with strong development fundamentals who is interested in working with AI-driven systems, APIs, and cloud-based applications, while gaining hands-on experience building production-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of AI-powered applications, tools, and workflows across internal initiatives.

• Implement application components and services based on system architectures and technical specifications provided by the AI Solutions & Implementation Specialist.

• Develop and maintain Python-based services, APIs, and backend components used in AI-enabled systems.

• Integrate AI tools and services with platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Smartsheet, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems.

• Work with AI coding assistants and development tools, including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, to accelerate development and experimentation.

• Assist in building and testing AI agents and agentic workflows, supporting automation and intelligent system behavior.

• Design and refine prompts and prompt engineering workflows for LLM-based applications.
