Job Description

• Develop and fine‑tune Generative AI and LLM‑based solutions (e.g., RAG systems, text analytics, domain‑specific copilots) to support research and operational workflows.

• Conduct data science research leveraging granular, alternative, and unstructured data to improve risk monitoring and surveillance capabilities.

• Maintain, enhance, and monitor internal AI‑powered platforms and web portals-including LLM tools, chatbots, and intelligent knowledge systems.

• Build and optimise end‑to‑end data and model pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, evaluation, and deployment.

• Collaborate with engineers to automate dashboards, improve database workflows, and operationalise machine learning models using MLOps/LLMOps best practices.

• Experiment with emerging foundation models, GenAI frameworks, and vector database technologies to evaluate their applicability in research and analytics.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, data engineering, or machine learning.

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau.

• Experience working with Generative AI / LLM technologies (e.g., Transformers, RAG, embeddings, NLP libraries such as Hugging Face or spaCy).

• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation and deployment.

• Understanding of DevOps and orchestration tools such as Git, Terraform, Jenkins, and Apache Airflow.

• Solid understanding of cross‑system integration and full data pipeline development.

• Knowledge of ML algorithms, MLOps concepts, and big data processing frameworks is a plus.

• Highly motivated, with strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
