Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced AI models utilizing machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, R, and SAS to address real-world challenges.

• Conduct data mining and data analysis using SQL, Python, R, and ETL tools like Talend to prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.

• Design scalable database architectures and optimize data storage solutions through effective database design principles.

• Apply unsupervised learning techniques to uncover hidden patterns in large datasets and enhance predictive capabilities.

• Deploy machine learning models into production environments using cloud platforms like AWS and containerization tools for seamless integration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop AI-driven applications including natural language processing solutions.

• Utilize big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Bash (Unix shell) scripting to manage large-scale data processing tasks efficiently.

• Engage in continuous model training, tuning hyperparameters, and validating model performance to ensure accuracy and robustness.

• Leverage analytics tools like Looker for visualization of insights derived from AI models to support strategic decision-making.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends in quantum engineering, machine learning frameworks, and AI research to incorporate innovative approaches into projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing AI applications with a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), with experience in Java being highly advantageous.

• Solid understanding of big data ecosystems including Hadoop, Spark, SQL databases, and data warehousing concepts.

• Hands-on experience with cloud computing services like AWS for model deployment and scalable infrastructure management.

• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and their application within AI solutions.

• Familiarity with ETL processes using tools like Talend or equivalent for data integration tasks.

• Strong skills in database design principles along with experience working with linked data concepts for semantic data integration.

• Ability to perform data mining activities effectively while applying analytics methodologies for actionable insights.

• Experience working with machine learning models from training through deployment lifecycle in production environments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills complemented by a passion for innovation in AI research areas such as quantum engineering or advanced analytics.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
