• Build AI-powered marketing automations (using tools like ManyChat, Zapier, or n8n) for lead capture and onboarding.

• Create and test landing pages for sign-ups, early access, and campaigns.

• Design email marketing flows for re-engagement, onboarding, and nurturing leads.

• Use web analytics and user behavior tracking (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Hotjar) to re-target users who drop off mid-journey.

• Manage our content funnels, collaborating with the content and design teams.

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, OpusClip, or Synthesia) to create faster, more effective campaigns.

• Report on campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles.

• Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok Ads.

• Skilled at setting up marketing automations (e.g., ManyChat, Zapier, n8n, or HubSpot).

• Experience building landing pages (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Carrd, or ClickFunnels).

• Proficient in email marketing tools (MailerLite, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or ActiveCampaign).

• Strong understanding of analytics, pixels, and retargeting.

• Familiarity with web app marketing — driving conversions and bringing users back.

• Creative thinker who uses AI tools to enhance content, targeting, and campaigns.

• Excellent communication and results-driven mindset.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience marketing startups or marketplaces.

• Background in beauty, lifestyle, or tech industries.

• Basic design skills for quick ad or landing page creation (Canva, Figma).

Compensation

• ₦400,000 NGN per month (based on experience & performance)
