AI Solution Lead (Group Level, APAC)

Responsibilities:

• R&D / Project Leadership : Lead and manage the AI solution team, reporting to head of business unit Supervise the planning, execution, and monitoring of research activities to develop knowledge-based products and solutions

• Agentic AI & Innovation : Drive the integration of Agentic AI frameworks , utilizing autonomous agents to automate complex multi-step reasoning.

Stay updated on the latest research in LLM orchestration, vector databases, and machine learning to keep the team at the forefront of the industry

• Strategic Project Delivery : Provide hands-on leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

This includes managing proof of concepts (PoC), defining solution architectures, cost estimation, and moving models from experimental phases into production

• Oversee research activities and develop knowledge-based products and solutions for the company

• Client & Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary client-facing technical lead .

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and communicate the impact of AI solutions to non-technical audiences

• Technical Oversight : Oversee the development of robust data engineering pipelines and software architectures.

Ensure efficient data processing and automation across web design frameworks and multi-language environments (C#, Java, Python)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in AI / Computer Science or related discipline

• Strong hands-on experience in AI project delivery and machine learning R&D / Project, 5+ years of solid work experience in R&D / Project and software development, including 2+ years at the project and team management role

• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, function calling, and multi-agent orchestration)

• Strong technical knowledge in solution development and / or products development related to artificial intelligence and machine learning, software architecture, integration design and project delivery in web design framework, C#, Java, and Python development

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach

• Self-motivated, quick learner with a commitment to staying current with evolving AI / ML technologies

• Strong communication skills, capable of managing expectations and framing complex business problems

• Proficient in English and Cantonese
