Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of the Director, Technology, the AI/ML Developer for Computer Tomography Baggage Scanning key roles are responsible for enhancing security measures at airports, transportation hubs, and critical infrastructure facilities worldwide
  • Research, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models for threat detection and object recognition in CT baggage scans
  • Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to understand the requirements and challenges of baggage screening, preprocess, and annotate CT scan data for training and evaluation of AI/ML models
  • Design and optimize machine learning pipeline for feature extraction, classification, and anomaly detection in baggage images
  • Evaluate the performance and robustness of AI/ML models through rigorous testing and validation against real-world scenarios closely with software developers to integrate AI/ML algorithms into our baggage screening systems and optimize their performance in production environments
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AL, machine learning, and computer vision, and apply them to improve our security screening solutions

Job Summary/Objective:*

Under the supervision of the Director, Technology, the AI/ML Developer for Computer Tomography Baggage Scanning key roles are responsible for enhancing security measures at airports, transportation hubs, and critical infrastructure facilities worldwide.

We continue to innovate and expand our portfolio of products, seeking a talented AI/ML Developer with expertise in computed tomography (CT) baggage scanning to drive the development of AI-powered solutions for threat detection and security screening.

Essential Functions:

• Research, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models for threat detection and object recognition in CT baggage scans.

• Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to understand the requirements and challenges of baggage screening, preprocess, and annotate CT scan data for training and evaluation of AI/ML models.

• Design and optimize machine learning pipeline for feature extraction, classification, and anomaly detection in baggage images.

• Evaluate the performance and robustness of AI/ML models through rigorous testing and validation against real-world scenarios closely with software developers to integrate AI/ML algorithms into our baggage screening systems and optimize their performance in production environments.

• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks.
