About NexStratus

NexStratus is building an AI-native ecosystem that connects supply chain logistics, hospital operations, and advanced financial modeling into a unified platform. We are an operator-led company — moving fast, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our partners, and building real impact, not vaporware.

We are ready to scale our revenue operations across multiple service lines — and we need a senior commercial leader who knows how to translate strategy into traction.

Role Summary

The VP, AI Readiness Practice Leader will build and lead our AI Readiness & Insights consulting practice, ensuring clients are positioned to adopt and scale AI solutions successfully. Why This Role is Critical

A new era is unfolding: organizations everywhere know they need AI, but few know how to truly get ready. Big names like Palantir and OpenAI are making waves, but real impact doesn’t come from generic playbooks — it comes from leaders who can turn diagnostic insights into operational reality, and data into undeniable ROI.

As our VP, AI Readiness Practice Leader, you won’t just run assessments — you’ll build a practice that stands toe-to-toe with the biggest players in the market and wins by doing it better. You’ll shape how entire industries, starting with hospitals and other data-rich, high-stakes environments, move from AI hype to AI maturity — with frameworks, tools, and trusted partnerships that actually deliver.

This role is your chance to stand on the front line of the AI consulting revolution. You’ll define how readiness gets done — practically, profitably, and with the confidence that comes from an operator-led team that knows what real impact looks like. If you want to help clients move faster, think smarter, and unlock the full value of AI before anyone else, this is your moment.
